Step 1
Make sure to wash your hands so they are clean from oils as they can cause flaws during the firing process. 

Step 2
Select your piece and colors. We have a huge variety of bisque pieces ready to become your personal masterpiece. Pick out the piece you want to create and the colors you would like to use. We have over 100 colors and paints to chose from, including a select line of designer paints available for a small additional cost. All finished pieces are non toxic, food, microwave and dishwasher safe. We have lots if inspiration in the studio and we're happy to give tips too!  Let one of our studio hosts know when you are done choosing your piece and paint colors and we will bring your selections to your table.  (please do not take items off the shelves)

Step 3   Go for it!
Find a comfortable spot in the studio where you feel relaxed. You first want to clean your piece with the sponge and water placed at each station. You can sketch your ideas with a pencil as it will burn off during the firing process, use stickers or stencils, or just start painting! Remember light colors will not cover dark colors very well. Hairdryers are placed around the studio to dry your piece in between colors. Don’t hold the hairdryer too close to your piece as it could cause it to crack.

Let our studio host know when you are done and we will start the check out process. After about a week we will call you to advise your piece is done and ready for pickup anytime during store hours. Viola! You're an artist!
